SA Series Accelerometers
Connect directly to any XR450 or XR5-SE Data Logger or three inputs of a data acquisition system (0 - 3.3 Vdc signal range).

Pace SA-03 Accelerometer
Pace SA series tri-axis accelerometers measure g-force acceleration resulting from motion, vibration or shock, and the static acceleration of gravity for orientation sensing applications. Each output signal (X, Y and Z) is individually calibrated and internally buffered.
SA series accelerometers are powered from the E terminal of a Pace data logger, or a dc voltage between 4 and 18 V. Current draw is under 0.5 milliamps.

Note: As of 11/2020, all models include a temperature sensor and "-T" was dropped from the part number.
XR5-SE limitation: The Log On Alarm(Fast) logging mode is not recommended for vibration applications and can result in loss of data. Contact Pace for details.
To monitor and trend vibration data using the XR5-SE Data Logger use the "Cycle (Fast)" logging mode. For example: Log readings at 100 Hz for 1 second, and repeat on a 2 minute cycle.
